Q: Do you have instructions for user account requirements that I can copy for my group?
A: Yes! Please copy and adjust this text.

I am in the process of purchasing [product name] for this group on the ANA website at NursingWorld.org. I would appreciate it if you could do the following no later than [date]:

  • Send me your Username for NursingWorld.org. This is the email address you use to access products and services on this website already.
  • If you do not already have an account for NursingWorld.org, please create one using this link. You do not need to make a purchase yourself to create the account.

I will complete the purchase once everyone has submitted their user information.

Q: Why do I have to ask for the email addresses (Usernames) for each individual in my group?
A: ANA is seeking to make sure that you and your team each have a single, unique account. This allows us to provide member discounts when possible.

Q: Why can’t I create an account on someone else’s behalf?
A: ANA’s current practice is to require individuals to create their own accounts for security and data privacy reasons.

Q: I need to make a purchase for more than 50 individuals and/or more than 50 total products. How do I do this?
A: You will need to make multiple purchases due to current system limitations. We apologize for the inconvenience. ANA will revisit this limitation periodically.

Q: If I’m making a purchase for someone who is an ANA Member, will I pay the Member price?
A: Yes, you will pay the ANA Member rate associated with that individual as long as they provide you with the Username associated with their ANA membership, and it is active. Please visit the Membership section of the site for eligible membership types.

Q: A person in my group says that they are an ANA member. But I am getting the non-member price when I enter their Username.
A: Please ask that they check their membership status by logging into NursingWorld.org -> clicking “My Account” -> scroll to “My Memberships.

  • If their membership has expired, and they would like to renew, please have that individual complete their renewal prior to you completing your group purchase.
  • All other membership questions should be directed to MEMBERINFO@ana.org.

Q: I need to pay by purchase order or invoice. What’s the best way to do that?
A: Please contact sales@ana.org. A member of our team will follow-up with you directly.

Q: I would like to buy ANA Memberships or ANCC Certification Fees for my team. Can I do that online?
A: You cannot pay for ANA Memberships or ANCC Certification Exam and/or Renewal Fees for someone else online. Please contact the following for more information:
