Certification Exam Withdrawal

A. Examination Candidates

Candidates may withdraw examination applications. If a candidate chooses to withdraw an examination application, ANCC must receive a written request before the end of the candidate's testing window in order for the candidate to receive a refund minus the administrative fee.

B. Renewal Candidates

Candidates may withdraw renewal applications. If a candidate chooses to withdraw a renewal application, ANCC must receive a written request before the certification renewal is issued in order for the candidate to receive a refund minus the administrative fee.
